CircuitDoc ("the App") is an AI-powered electrical engineering assistant developed by an independent developer (yogsdigital). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.
The App does not collect, store, or share any personally identifiable information. Specifically:
The App requests access to your device camera solely to allow you to photograph electrical circuits or diagrams for AI-based analysis (Photo Analysis feature). Images are sent directly to the Google Gemini API for processing and are not stored by the App or by the developer. Images are subject to Google's privacy policy.
AI features in the App are powered by the Google Gemini API. Text queries and images you submit are processed by Google's servers. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for details on how Google handles this data.
If you choose to enter a personal Gemini API key, it is stored locally on your device only using secure device storage. It is never transmitted to the developer or any third party other than Google's Gemini API.
The App uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics (by Google) to collect anonymous usage statistics and crash reports. This data helps improve app stability and user experience. No personally identifiable information is included in these reports.
The App is intended for users aged 18 and above (electrical engineering professionals and students). It does not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
This policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
